Highlights of June 2009 See what we were reading in June 2009 It has been two months since Asia was diagnosed with osteosarcoma (bone cancer) and her left front leg was amputated. She is wheeling around pretty well and has not reduced her expectations of morning and weekend hikes as well as chasing wild life. She is midway in her chemo treatment at UC Davis and enjoys a Friday afternoon acupuncture session whenever she can get it.  
 
While we were at Sea Ranch, in late June, Jon's sisters Jane and Sara did a 39 mile Walk for the Cure in Colorado.
