April saw the beginning of spring. The first weekend in April Jon's niece Erin and her husband Matt came to visit. We got to play bay area host - something we used to do a lot of but has dwindled the longer we have lived here.
Matt and Erin Visit
Jon's niece, Erin, and her husband, Matt, came to visit. It was a whirlwind trip. We flew a bay tour on Saturday afternoon, went to the Marin Headlands and Mt. Tamelpias as well as a walking tour of San Francisco's Nob Hill, North Beach, China Town, and the Embarcadero on Sunday. In Chinatown we saw a dragon dance, check out the videos. Use your mouse (or so I have heard - VR headset) to pan around the 360 views of the bay tour 360 videos.

Heike and Mickey Stop By
The following Sunday, our friends Heike and Mickey stopped by for drinks and snacks in what turned out to be a windy back yard.
Blue Men
Jon, Peter, and Hilmar met at Radhaus, a German brew pub in Ft. Mason for dinner and brews. We were color-coordinated - but not intentionally.
