Sea Ranch - Fitzgerald

The first weekend in December we went back to Sea Ranch and stayed at the Fitzgerald house - it had been 15 months since we last were there.

Trimming our Palm Tree

Right before New Years, Marin Tree Service came to trim the palm tree in our front yard. They tried to get to it with a big bucket truck but it was too tall and too far from the street for the bucket to reach - so they had to resort to the old-fashioned method- putting on a climbing harness and climbing up the trunk to trim it. We planted over twenty years ago when we moved into our house. It was only 4 or 5 feet tall when we planted it but now it is over forty feet.
